Alexa Vega and Brette Taylor have booked recurring roles for the third season of NASHVILLE. Vega will play Kiley, Gunnar’s first love and high school sweetheart and single mother, while Taylor has been cast as Pam, a new back-up singer with a dark past. Vega is repped by Paradigm and John Carrabino Management, while Taylor is repped by Don Buchwald & Associates.
David Hoflin and Julian Works has joined the cast of AMERICAN CRIME, a drama series written and executive produced by John Ridley. The series investigates preconceived thoughts about race, crime and gender in the aftermath of a brutal home invasion and murder. Hoflin will play Mark Skokie, a man who comes home to Modesto to support his estranged parents after the crime. Works has been cast as Edgar, a young man who gets caught up in the juvenille justice system. Hoflin is repped by Resolution and Genesis Entertainment, while Works is repped by The Corsa Agency and More/Medavoy Management.
Geena Davis will appear on the upcoming eleventh season of GREY’S ANATOMY with a major guest arc. Davis will play a surgeon at Grey Sloan Memorial Hospital. She is repped by CAA and Management 360.
Giacomo Gianniotti will have a recurring role on SELFIE, with Karen Gillan and John Cho. The comedy series centers on a self-obsessed woman who spends more time on social media than she does being social. Gianniotti will play Freddy, a smart young lawyer and major shareholder at the company where Gillan and Cho’s characters work. He is repped by Thruline Entertainment and The Characters Agency.
Justine Lupe has been cast in the freshman comedy CRISTELA. The series follows an American Latina who struggles between her two cultures while not entirely belonging to either. Lupe will play Maddie, an fellow intern of Cristela’s at a high profile law firm. She is repped by Gersh and Authentic Management.
Mary McCormack and Josh Randall will guest star on Shonda Rhimes’ political drama SCANDAL. The duo will play a couple and will appear on an episode in early October. McCormack is repped by CAA and Untitled Entertainment, while Randall is repped by Paradigm and Insight.

Alanna Ubach, Matthew Glave, and Virginia Williams have all been cast in recurring roles on GIRLFRIENDS’ GUIDE TO DIVORCE. The series centers on Abby, a self-help author who hides the fact that her marriage is crumbling and has to navigate her new life in Los Angeles. Ubach will play Jo, Abby’s best friend from college who comes to LA for moral support. Glave and Williams have been cast as Gordon and Courtney Beech, a fashion couple going through a messy divorce. Yvette Nicole Brown has been cast in the reboot of THE ODD COUPLE. Written and executive produced by star Matthew Perry, the series focuses on two roommates who are complete opposites – one messy (Perry) and one neat (Thomas Lennon). Brown will play messy Oscar’s assistant, a recurring character who could be bumped to series regular. She is repped by Innovative Artists.

Bridget Regan and Azie Tesfai have both booked recuring roles on JANE THE VIRGIN. The freshman dramedy centers on Jane, a religous young Latina woman who is accidentally inseminated while at the doctor. Regan has been cast as Rose, a beautiful trophy wife but smart former attorney who is in a relationship with the doctor who did the insemination. Tesfai will play Detective Nadine Hansan, a police detective and rival of Jane’s finacee. Regan is repped by UTA and TMT Entertainment, while Tesfai is with Stone Manners Salners.
Lauren Bowles will appear in a recurring role on THE MESSENGERS. Bowles will play Senator Cindy on the drama, a passionate politician who is driven by her painful past. Bowles is repped by Innovative Artists and Main Title.

Joan Collins has been cast as a guest star on THE ROYALS, an hourlong drama starring Elizabeth Hurley. Hurley stars as Queen Helena, a modern-day monarch and head of a British royal family. Collins will play her mother, the formidable grand duchess of Oxford. She is repped by Peter Charlesworth & Associates, The Richard Stone Partnership, and Renaissance Literary & Talent.

Aunjanue Ellis has been cast as Nicole Beharie’s mother on the upcoming second season of SLEEPY HOLLOW. The supernatural drama series follows Ichabod Crane and his contemporary partner Abbie as a team of paranormal investigators and the only two who can save the world from an impending apocalypse. The “Get On Up” actress is repped by ICM and TMT Entertainment Group.
Clancy Brown is set to join “Arrow” spin-off THE FLASH in a recurring role. The series follows assistant police forensic investigator Barry Allen who, through a freak accident, is given the power of superspeed. Brown has been cast as General Wade Eiling, aka The General, the head of a black ops army who is pursuing Plastique with the intention of using her as a human weapon. Brown is repped by ICM and Pop Art Management.
Lolita Davidovich has nabbed a guest spot on BACKSTROM. The upcoming drama series centers on Rainn Wilson’s character, a grumpy but brilliant detective who gets into more trouble than he can get himself out of. Davidovich will play Louis “Lou” Finster, a former hooker who became a dental hygienist after finding God. She is repped by Mavrick Artists Agency.
Former football player Terrell Owens is set to guest star on the upcoming season of BROOKLYN NINE-NINE. Owens will go head to head with Terry Crews’ character in a pick-up football game between the NYPD and the FDNY, with Owens playing a fire fighter.
Zuleikha Robinson is joining THE FOLLOWING as a series regular. The drama series stars Kevin Bacon and James Purefoy, who plays a charismatic serial killer who activates a cult of fellow killers who follow his every command. Robinson has been cast as Gwen, an emergency room doctor and mother who is the love interest of Bacon’s FBI agent character. She is repped by Gersh and Industry Entertainment.

Michael Gross has a recurring role on comedy ANGER MANAGEMENT. Gross will play a psychic therapist who Charlie Sheen goes to for relationship advice. He is repped by Kerner Management and Stone Manners Salners.
Singer Patti LaBelle is joining the cast of AMERICAN HORROR STORY: FREAK SHOW in a recurring role. She will play the mother of Gabourey Sidibe’s character, a local townswoman who begins to unravel the murderous secrets of Twisty the clown killer. LaBelle joins Angela Bassett, Jessica Lange, Sarah Paulson, Evan Peters, and Kathy Bates, as well as Michael Chiklis and Wes Bentley.

James Belushi, Terry Kinney, and Michael Stahl-David have been cast in the six-hour miniseries SHOW ME A HERO. Created by David Simon, the series follows the youngest big city mayor in the country, who finds himself in the midst of a racial controversy when he’s forced to build low income housing in the white neighborhoods of his city. Belushi, repped by ICM and Brillstein Entertainment, will play Yonkers Mayor Angelo R. Martinelli who didn’t want to comply with the judge’s order and lost his seat. Kinney, repped by ICM and Brookside Artist Management, will play Peter Smith, the director of the Yonkers Housing Authority who ensured the housing was built. Stahl-David, repped by ICM and Management 360, will play James Surdoval, a policial consultant.
James Marsden, Eddie Rouse, Ed Harris, Ptolemy Slocum, and Thandie Newton have all been cast in WESTWORLD, a sci-fi adaptation produced by J.J. Abrams, Jonathan Nolan and Jerry Weintraub. Based on the Michael Crichton film 1973 film, the project is a dark odyssey about the beginning of artificial consciousness and the future of sin. Marsden, repped by WME and Authentic Talent and Literary Management, has been cast as Teddy Flood, a mysterious new arrival to a small frontier town who proves himself through his charm and his gun-toting ways. Rouse, repped by Authentic Talent and Literary Management, will play Kissy, a Native American who deals cards and contraband at the town saloon. Harris, repped by CAA, has been cast as The Man in Black, the ultimate villain. Slocum, repped by Principal Entertainment, will play a character named Sylvester. Newton, repped by WME, Untitled and Independent Group, will play Maeve Millay, a sharp woman who can skillfully read people and will do anything to survive. Anthony Hopkins, Evan Rachel Wood, and Rodrigo Santoro have already been cast.
Miranda Otto is the latest in a long line to join the cast of WESTWORLD. Otto has been cast as Virginia Pittman, the head of the Quality Assurance department of the park who is brutally honest, even when it means her co-workers don’t like her. She is repped by Gersh, Managment 360, and United Agents.
John Larroquette and Cass Bugge join THE BRINK in multi episode arcs. The comedy series centers on how a geopolitical crisis effects three different men: U.S. Secretary of State (Tim Robbins), a Foreign Service officer (Jack Black), and a Navy fighter pilot (Pablo Schreiber) who have to work together to prevent World War III. Larroquette has been cast as Robert Kittredge, the U.S. ambassador to Pakistan, while Bugge will play Samantha Gregory, an assistant at the embassy. Larroquette is repped by Gersh and Brillstein Entertainment. Bugge is with APA and Bleecker Street Entertainment.
Carla Gugino has signed on for a multi-episode arc on THE BRINK. Gugino will play Joanne Larson, a Washington lawyer in her prime who happens to be married to the Secretary of State, played by Tim Robbins. She is repped by CAA and Untitled Entertainment.

J.R. Bourne and Siobhan Williams have recurring roles on the drama UN-REAL. Inspired by the Sarah Gertrude Shapiro novel, the series goes behind the scens of a reality dating show and follow a young staffer whose job is to manipulate situations and people for higher ratings. Bourne has been cast as an old lover and writing partner of Quinn’s with a former drug habit. Williams will play Lizzie, a new make-up girl on the show. Bourne is repped by Red Management and Zero Gravity Management, while Williams is repped by Play Management and Alchemy Entertainment.
Chattrisse Dolabaille and Izaak Smith have been cast as Missy Elliott and Timbaland, respectively, in the upcoming AALIYAH biopic. They join Alexandra Shipp, Rachael Crawford, Sterling Jarvis, Lyriq Bent, Anthony Grant, A.J. Saudin and Jesse Sukunda. Smith is repped by Parent Management.

Andy Ridings and Dylan Gelula have been cast in the UNBREAKABLE KIMMY SCHMIDT, a comedy series from Tina Fey and Robert Carlock. The project stars Ellie Kemper as a woman who, after living in a cult for years, decides to change her life and move to New York. Ridings will play Charles and Gelula has been cast as Xanthippe, a cool New Yorker who is confident but sweet. Ridings is repped by Stone Manners Salners and Bleecker Street Entertainment, while Gelula is with Paradigm and Industry Entertainment.
David Harbour has been cast as a series regular for the freshman drama STATE OF AFFAIRS. Katherine Heigl stars as a maverick CIA officer who was taken from the field to become the president’s daily briefing advisor. Harbour will play David Patrick, the chief of staff who is constantly worried about the political ramifications of the president’s actions. Harbour is repped by ICM and Authentic Talent and Literary.
Michael James Shaw has been cast as Papa Midnite in the upcoming adaptation CONSTANTINE. The series follows John Constantine, a master of the occult, who finds himself called upon to save humanity from forces of darkness. Shaw’s Papa Midnite is an immortal Vodun shaman and joins Matt Ryan, Harold Perrineau, Charles Halford, and Angelica Celaya. Shaw is repped by Gersh.

Mike Birbiglia has booked a recurring role on the third season of ORANGE IS THE NEW BLACK. The prison dramedy, created by Jenji Kohan, follows a white, upper middle class woman who is sentenced to jail time after being convicted of running drugs years before. While inside, she encounters scary inmates, friendly ones, and situations that she never expected on the outside. Birbiglia is repped by APA and Jackoway Tyerman.
Nadya Tolokonnikova and Maria Alyokhina, two Pussy Riot veterans, will appear in an episode of HOUSE OF CARDS. The duo were imprisoned for 22 months for protesting Russin President Vladimir Putin. There’s no word on the role they would play on the political drama.

Eddie Izzard, Noah Taylor, and Oleysa Rulin are set to co-star in POWERS, a series based on the graphic novel by Brian Michael Bendis and Michael Avon Oeming. The superhero fantasy series is set in a world of people with superhuman abilities where two homicide detectives have been given the task of keeping order between those with powers and those without. Izzard, repped by APA and Conway van Gelder Grant, has been cast as Wolfe, a top-level Power who has been imprisoned to keep his abilities in check. Taylor, repped by Lou Coulson Associates and Andrew Freedman, will play Johnny Royalle, a criminal mastermind Power who can appear anywhere in the world at will. Rulin, repped by ROAR, will play Calista, a teenage Power wannabe with street smarts.

Patrick Fischler has been cast in a recurring role on the upcoming season of SHAMELESS. Fischler will play Wade, a middle class guy going to extraordinary lengths to keep his deceased son alive in spirit. He is repped by Abrams and Main Title.

Steven Weber is joining the second season of HELIX in a major recurring role. The drama sci-fi series follows a group of scientists who are investigating a possible disease outbreak. The second season begins with the doctors at the CDC investigating on a cruise ship, which leads them to a mysterious island inhabited by a cult. Weber has been cast as cult leader Brother Michael. He is repped by UTA and Brillstein Entertainment.

Danny Masterson and Kyle Howard will return for the upcoming sixth season of ROYAL PAINS. Howard played the role of Dr. Paul Van Dyke in the series third season who left to start his own consierge practice in Miami. Masterson will guest star as the brother of Dr. Van Dyke. Masterson is repped by UTA and Masterson Management, while Howard is with UTA and Himber Entertainment.
