Casting news for ABC Family’s THE FOSTERS seems to have no end. Garrett Clayton has secured a recurring role on the hour long drama series as Chase, a handsome high school senior who asks Mariana (Cierra Ramirez) to join the school’s upcoming play. Clayton is best known for his role as Tanner in The Disney Channel’s “Teen Beach Movie.” He also appeared in Nick Scown’s “Love, Gloria” and Jonathan A. Rosenbaum’s TV movie “Holiday Spin.” He’ll next appear in Louis Mandylor’s “Killing Games.” Clayton is repped by Talent Works.
ABC’s straight to series THE BLACK BOX has added two more to its cast. David Chisum and Siobhan Williams will both have series regular roles on the Amy Holden Jones created show. Chisum will be playing Josh Black, Elizabeth’s (Kelly Reilly) older brother, while Williams plays Josh’s daughter Esme. Chisum, repped by Stone Manners Salners Agency, is best known for his roles in Scott Thomas’ “Flight of the Living Dead” and ABC’s “One Life to Live.” Williams, repped by Play Management, is best known for her roles in “Flicka: Country Pride”, the family-drama series “Heartland” and most recently her role as Naomi Hatch on AMC’s “Hell on Wheels.”
More THE BLACK BOX casting news as Laura Fraser jumps aboard in a series regular role. She’ll play Regan Black, the wife of Elizabeth’s (Kelly Reilly) brother Josh (David Chisum). Fraser is best known for her most recent role as Lydia Rodarte-Quayle on AMC’s “Breaking Bad.” She also appeared alongside in Jeroen Krabbé’s “Left Luggage” and alongside Heath Ledger in “A Knight’s Tale.” She’ll next be seen later this year in “The Sisterhood of Night” and “Wish You Well.” She is repped by APA.

Louise Monot and Sam Littlefield have jumped aboard Chris Carter’s drama pilot THE AFTER. Monot is set to play Gigi, a young woman caught in the middle of the action the apocalypse has brought about. Littlefield will play a very mysterious character only known as Dark Shadow. Monot will be making her U.S. TV debut with Carter’s series, but is known around the globe for her roles in Michel Hazanavicius’ “OSS 117: Lost in Rio”, Guillaume Canet’s “Les Petits Mouchoirs” and Christian Faure’s TV movie “Un Amour à Taire.” She is repped by Artmedia. Michael Cudlitz and Josh McDermitt have been cast in AMC’s THE WALKING DEAD. Both will have series regular roles on the show’s fourth season which premiered last week. Cudlitz will play Sgt. Abraham Ford, while McDermitt plays Dr. Eugene Porter who is traveling with Ford and claims to know the virus’ origin. Cudlitz is best known for his roles on NBC’s “Southland”, Jonathan Mostow’s “Surrogates” and F. Gary Gray’s “The Negotiator.” He is repped by APA. Paul Adelstein has joined Bravo’s scripted pilot GIRLFRIENDS’ GUIDE TO DIVORCE. He’ll co-star as the husband of a popular self-help author who’s doing her best to hide the fact that her and Adelstein are actually divorced. Adelstein most recently appeared in Andy Green’s short film “Happy Sushi” and concluded his role as Dr. Cooper Freedman on ABC’s “Private Practice” back in January. Later this year he’ll be seen in the TV movie “Mother’s Day” and Sean Hanish’s “Return to Zero.” He is repped by Abrams Artists Agency.

America Ferrera will be reuniting with CBS for their drama series DAMASCUS. Penned by Nick Osborne, the show follows a crusading nun (Ferrera) who teams up with an elitist corporate lawyer to fight a secretive organization while also providing justice to the less fortunate in court. Ferrera is best known for her role as Betty Suarez on ABC’s “Ugly Betty.” She also appeared in DreamWorks’ “How to Train Your Dragon” and most recently David Ayer’s “End of Watch.” She’ll next be reprising her role as Astrid in “How to Train Your Dragon 2”, in Diego Luna’s “Chavez”, Ryan Piers Williams’ “X/Y.” She is repped by ICM.
Victor Garber has booked a guest appearance on CBS’ legal drama THE GOOD WIFE. He’ll appear in the upcoming fifth season as a strict judge who is being driven crazy by a double jury, double defendant trial taking place in his court room. Garber is best known for his role as Jack Bristow on ABC’s spy drama “Alias.” He also appeared in Nora Ephron’s “Sleepless in Seattle” and James Cameron’s “Titanic.” He most recently appeared in “I’ll Follow You Down” and “Argo”, and will be seen next in Tarsem Singh’s “Selfless.” He is repped by UTA.

Brit Marling and James Nesbitt have joined the cast of Danny Boyle’s police-comedy BABYLON. The series will new-age savvy American Liz Garvey, who is transported to London in an effort to revamp the police department’s PR. Marling will star as Garvey, while Nesbitt plays Chief Constable Richard Miller. Marling is best known for her roles in Mike Cahill’s “Another Earth” and Zal Batmanglij’s “Sound of my Voice” and “The East.” She is repped by CAA. Nesbitt is best known for his roles in Danny Boyle’s “Millions” and Paul Greengrass’ “Bloody Sunday”, and his role as Bofur in Peter Jackson’s “The Hobbit: An Unexpected Journey” which he will be reprising for the upcoming 2nd and 3rd “Hobbit” films. Christopher Cousins has been cast in NBC’s sophomore drama series REVOLUTION. He’ll have a recurring role as high-ranking patriot Victor Doyle who is currently heading towards a major conflict with main character Tom Neville (Giancarlo Esposito). Cousins is best known for his roles in Paul McGuigan’s “Wicker Park”, Gregory Hoblit’s “Untraceable” and for his 13 episode run on AMC’s “Breaking Bad” as Ted Beneke. Yvette Nicole Brown will be guest starring on NBC’s WELCOME TO THE FAMILY. She’ll appear in the 6th episode as Mrs. Peck, the Yoder family’s insanely annoying neighbor who is a master of city ordinances and laws. David Hoflin and Yasmine Al Massri have both nabbed recurring roles on NBC’s pirate drama CROSSBONES. Hoflin will star as Vane, a nightmarish pirate captain known for his murderous ways. Massri will play Selma, Blackbeard’s single confidante. Hoflin is best known for his role as Oliver Barnes in the Australian drama series “Neighbours.” He also starred in Fred Schepisi’s “A Cry in the Dark” and had a recurring role as Jason Bates on “Ocean Girl”, another Aussie show. Amanda Plummer will be guest starring on NBC’s sophomore drama HANNIBAL. She’ll play hippie-chic acupuncturist Katherine Pimms who will be causing some major trouble on the fourth episode. Plummer is best known for her role in Quentin Tarantino’s “Pulp Fiction” and Isabel Coixet’s “My Life Without Me.” She’ll be appearing in “The Hunger Games: Catching Fire” and “Strangely in Love” later this year, and is rumored to be in James Merendino’s “The Bitch.” She is repped by Greene & Associates Talent Agency.

Laura Donnelly and Lotte Verbeek have been cast in the Starz romantic time-traveling show OUTLANDER. Donnelly will play Fraser’s (Sam Heughan) older sister and surrogate mother. Verbeek is set to play Geillis Duncan, a mysterious character with possible ties to the world of witch craft. Donnelly is best known for her role in Anthony DiBlasi’s “Dread.” She also had a short run on ABC’s action-drama “Missing” as Violet Heath. She is repped by Jonathan Arun. Jessica Walter will be reuniting with TV Land for JENNIFER FALLS. She’ll play the mother of Jennifer (Jaime Pressly), a career-minded mother who is forced to move back in with her mom after being let go from her high-profile job. Walter starred in TV Land’s “Retired at 35” as Elaine Robbins back in 2011, but is best known for her role as Lucille Bluth on Fox’s “Arrested Development.” She also voices Malory Archer on FX’s animated spy comedy “Archer.” Walter is repped by Innovative Artists.
The JENNIFER FALLS cast continues to grow as Nora Kirkpatrick and Joel David Moore jump aboard the single-camera comedy pilot. Kirkpatrick will play Jennifer’s (Jaime Pressly) sister-in-law who is also her boss. Moore will play Jennifer’s brother who allows her to work at his bar when she returns home. Kirkpatrick most recently appeared as Esther on NBC’s “The Office” and in Michael Polish’s “Big Sur.” She is repped by Innovative Artists. Seth Gabel has joined the cast of WGN America’s SALEM. He’ll star in the network’s first scripted series as Cotton Mather, a local aristocrat who has made it his business to oversee the witch hunts in 17th century Massachusetts. Gabel is best known for his roles in Ron Howard’s “The Da Vinci Code”, Michael Dowse’s “Take Me Home Tonight” and his recurring role as Lincoln Lee on Fox’s “Fringe.” He’ll appear next in Tatia Pilieva’s “Forever” and Anand Tucker’s TV movie “Gothica.” Gabel is repped by ICM.
