ABC had a busy day amongst renewals and pick-ups, adding 1/2 hour comedy DON’T TRUST THE BITCH IN APARTMENT 23 to their 2011 slate from writers/exec producers David Hemingson and Nahnatchka Khan. Series, which was originally developed for Fox 2 years ago, centers on an honest, optimistic girl from middle america who, due to unfortunate circumstances, finds herself forced to move in with a sexy, and higly unstable NYC party girl who has the morals of a pirate. Jason Winer will direct the pilot and exec produce alongside Jeff Morton.
