ABC has given a pilot order to the ensemble comedy WHITE MAN VAN, which is based on the British series. Bobby Bowman wrote the adaptation of the single-camera comedy that centers on a man who is forced to put his dreams on hold in order to take over the family handyman business from his father.
CBS has given the green light to WINDOW DETECTIVE, a drama written by David Hubbard and produced by Carol Mendelsohn. The series centers on a decorated police detective who, after losing three partners in the line of duty, becomes surrogate husband, lover and father to their families.
CINEMAX has given a 10-episode order to BANSHEE, an action drama executive produced by Allan Ball and written by authors Jonathan Tropper and David Schickler. The series centers around an ex-convict and master thief who assumes the identity of the sheriff of Banshee, PA, where he continues his criminal activities even as he’s being hunted by the shadowy gangsters he had betrayed years earlier.

FOX has signed talent holding deals with Mexican actors Martha Higareda and Adan Canto. Higareda and Canto, were signed in talent deals and will be exposed to producers and directors of Fox’s current crop of pilots.
