FOX is in talks to pick up last year’s pilot from writer/exec . Pilot, which was shot for this past season, didn’t make the network cut, but was a network favorite that just didn’t fit the shot amount of slots for a new series to build. Now, the network is looking to order at least a 9-episode run (they’ve already ordered 2 scripts beyond the initial pilot). Pilot starred Bret Harrison and Christian Slater, was directed by , and produced by Adam Sandlet.

FOX has bough the rights to the novels and from author , with an eye towards adapting them as a spinoff of the hit series .

has moved forward and greenlit a pilot tp the new comedy from writer/exec . Series revolves around 3 divorced guys who live in an apartment building that their young and sexy female divorce attorney just happens to be the landlord of.
