ABC has picked up the UNTITLED CUSE/WALLACE EVENT PROJECT from writers/exec producers Carlton Cuse and Randall Wallace. Series, which Wallace will also direct, is pitched as being a big “event” series that takes place (or at least begins) in Virginia during the Civil War.
COMEDY CENTRAL has picked up the new animated series, the UNTITLED SHADOWMACHINE PROJECT from writer/director Tom Gianas, and exec producers Alex Bulkley and Corey Campodonico. Series will feature several animated short comedies within each episode.
NBC has jumped into development on the new medical drama entitled DR. HENRY, from writer, exec producer George Gallo. Series, which is also exec produced by Russ Krasnoff and Gary Foster, centers on an eccentric psychiatrist who, with the help of his team, digs into his patients’ psyches to help cure them of the most bizarre psychological afflictions.

DISNEY XD has renewed live-action hit new series PAIR OF KINGS for a second season.
TV CANCELLATIONS
CARTOON NETWORK has cancelled their live-action series UNNATURAL HISTORY after it’s low-rated first season.
While we’ve already reported, what were unconfirmed reports, FOX has now officially cancelled GOOD GUYS.
TV SENDOFFS
With the second season already shot, before SyFy went ahead and cancelled CAPRICA, the network has agreed to air all of the remaining unseen, second season episodes back-to-back in a marathon that will run from 6-11pm on January 4th.
