CBS has given a pilot order to another untitled “CSI” spinoff. Anthony E. Zuiker will write the project, which centers on cybber crimes. Zuiker will also exec produce with Carol Mendelsohn and Ann Donahue. He is repped by CAA.
Fox is developing the animated comedy DARK LORD OF DELAWARE. Alan Schoolcraft and Brent Simon wrote the script, which centers on a stay at home dad who grapples with his new dull life after he is banished from his job as an evil sorcerer. The writers are repped by ICM.

Showtime has renewed SHAMELESS and HOUSE OF LIES for a fifth and fourth-season respectively.

The “Pretty Little Liars” spinoff RAVENSWOOD has not been renewed by ABC Family.

Joe Berlinger has been tapped to direct the and exec produce the eight-part series THE SYSTEM. The series centers on different issues within the legal system each episode. Berlinger has previously directed episodes of “Iconoclasts” and the film “Crude.” He is repped by CAA.
Johan Renck will direct the first episode of Netflix’s untitled thriller series which centers on a family whose secrets all come out when the black sheep brother returns home. Renck previously directed episodes of “Breaking Bad” and “Bates Motel” and is repped by CAA.
Liz Friedlander will direct the the untitled Kevin Williamson drama for CBS. The plot centers on two detectives of the LAPD stalking unit. Friedlander directed episodes of “Sleepy Hollow” and “The Following.” She is repped by CAA.
TWO TO GO has tapped Craig Zisk to direct the pilot. The series centers on two best friends, one guy and one girl, who struggle with dating even though they may be perfect for each other. Zisk has previously directed episodes of “American Horror Story”, “Shameless” and “United States of Tara” and is repped by UTA.
Tristram Shapeero will direct the first episode of TOOKEN. The comedy project centers on a woman who escapes a doomsday cult and tries to start her life over. Shapeero has directed and served as an executive producer on “Community” and is with WME.
James Foley has been tapped to direct RED ZONE. It follows a retired CIA agent who is brought back to duty after a massive terrorist attack on Washington DC. Foley directed the film “Glengarry Glen Ross” and episodes of “House of Cards.” He is with UTA.
Declan Lowney is going to directing DAMAGED GOODS. It centers on five people, all from damaged backgrounds, who come together. Lowney directed “Alan Partridge: Alpha Papa” and is with WME.
Don Scardino will direct SOBER COMPANION which follows a successful but hard-partying attorney who is appointed a sober companion. Scardino directed “The Incredible Burt Wonderstone” and is repped by CAA.
Julie Anne Robinson will direct the comedy SELFIE. It centers on a self-centered woman who becomes an internet sensation when her humiliating breakup goes viral. Robinson directed the films “One for the Money” and “The Last Song” and is repped by UTA.
David Michôd has been tapped to direct the pilot episode of FLESH AND BONE, which centers on a troubled dancer who joins a prestigious ballet program with a murky past. Michôd wrote and directed “Animal Kingdom” and wrote “Hesher.” His film “The Rover” is awaiting release. He is repped by UTA.
