Verve Is Out with Hot New Short Story THAT GIRL ON THE TRAIN (EXCLUSIVE)
0Verve is heating up this cold November week with a new short story THE GIRL ON THE TRAIN from sisters Kimberly Ann and Erika Harrison!
The story follows a girl on the run after escaping a mysterious months-long captivity, leaving her to question everything she encounters. This exhilarating thriller will draw you in and have you hanging on the edge of your seat from beginning to end.
Kimberly and Erika are masters of suspense and tension, with Kimberly getting her start at Criminal Minds, while Erika began on How to Get Away With Murder. They’ve each gone on to have enormously successful television careers individually. After Criminal Minds, Kimberly went on to join Lee Daniels’ team on Star for the first three seasons. She has since left and taken a new title – showrunner for Fox’s upcoming series Deputy.
Erika worked on How to Get Away With Murder as a staff writer and story editor for the first five seasons of the series. In addition, she’s also written an episode for Crossing Lines. She is currently writing on CW’s Nancy Drew, which recently premiered.
As if this dynamite duo wasn’t enough, the representative team taking this project to market is non other then David Boxerbaum and Melissa Fried of Verve. These two have led the charge on countless sales including the pitch Love in Vain to Paramount, The Tip to TriStar, and Night Teeth to Netflix; just in the last couple of months alone.
While updates are still coming in, this is a project you’ll most definitely want to be focusing on.
