Vincent Curatola is the latest actor to join the growing cast of PATRIOTS DAY, the CBS Films and Lionsgate feature about the Boston Marathon bombing.
Curatola is set to play longtime mayor of Boston, Thomas Menino alongside the star-studded cast that includes Mark Wahlberg, John Goodman, J.K. Simmons, and Jimmy O. Yang. Peter Berg will direct the script written by Matt Chairman. Wahlberg will also serve as producer with Scott Stuber, Hutch Parker, Dylan Clark, Stephen Levinson and Michael Radutzky.
Curatola is popularly known as Johnny ‘Sack’ Sacramoni from The Sopranos. His other recent TV credits include The Blacklist, Law & Order: SVU, Blue Bloods, and The Good Wife. He also starred in Killing Them Softly with Brad Pitt, Richard Jenkins and Ray Liotta.
