“Prison Break”-er Wentworth Miller has signed on for a guest role on THE FLASH. The CW series centers on a police forensic investigator in Central City named Barry Allen who, through a freak accident, gains the power of superspeed, transforming him into the fastest man alive, The Flash. Miller will play Leonard Snart (aka Captain Cold), a leader of the Rogues who is also an enemy of The Flash. He joins Grant Gustin, Danielle Panabaker, Carlos Valdes, and Tom Cavanagh, among others, who star in the series.
Miller, who is best known as Michael Scofield on Fox’s “Prison Break,” is also a writer and penned the script for Fox Searchlight’s drama/thriller “Stoker.” He also played Chris Redfield in Paul W.S. Anderson’s “Resident Evil: Afterlife,” a role he’s set to reprise for the upcoming horror sequel “Resident Evil: The Final Chapter.”
