William H. Macy joins the cast of Jean-Francois Richet’s BLOOD FATHER. The drama follows 17-year-old Lydia who finds herself on the run from both sides of the law after witnessing her boyfriend murder a man. She is forced to enlist the help of her estranged father, a dangerous member of the Hell’s Angels. Macy joins Mel Gibson and Erin Moriarty in the project.
Macy recently made his directorial debut at Sundance with musical drama “Rudderless” starring Billy Crudup, Anton Yelchin, and his wife, Felicity Huffman. His upcoming acting roles include dramedy “Fellini Black & White” with Peter Dinklage and Terrence Howard, drama “Dial-a-Prayer,” and the adaptation of “A Hole in the Earth,” where Macy stars opposite Annette Bening.
