Yes, you read that correctly… Woody Harrelson, Stanley Tucci, and Lenny Kravitz have all been offered roles, while newcomers Ethan Jamieson and Tara Macken have signed on to join the upcoming blockbuster hopeful THE HUNGER GAMES. The project, which is already loaded up with a mixed cast of veterans and newcomers Jennifer Lawrence, Liam Hemsworth, Josh Hutcherson, Dayo Okeniyi, Amanda Stenberg and Elizabeth Banks, amongst others.
Harrelson, who was offered the role of “Seneca Crane” was last seen (on the festival circuit) in the film “Defendor” and “Zombieland” prior, currently has “Friends With Benefits” awaiting release and the “Zombieland Sequel” after that. Tucci, who is rumored for the role of “Cinna” was last seen in “Margin Call” and “Easy A” will next pop up in “Captain America: The First Avenger” and “Jack The Giant Killer”. Kravitz, who was last seen in “Precious” is also set to star in the upcoming “Selma”.
Meanwhile, the two who have signed on and made it official are Jamieson, who previously appeared on the TV series “One Tree Hill” and Macken, who has shown up in the new seasons of “Sons of Anarchy” and “Hawaii Five-O”.
