Xavier Dolan Inks with CAA

Xavier Dolan has signed with CAA. The twenty-five-year-old budding director’s latest film “Mommy” was selected as Canada’s entry for Best Foreign Language Film for the 2015 Academy Awards. The drama film, produced, written and directed by Dolan, recently won the Jury Prize at the 2014 Cannes Film Festival. Dolan has directed five feature films since 2009, including the drama “Tom At The Farm” and “Laurence Anyways.” Dolan is also the occasional actor, having appeared in dozens of films such as “Elephant Song” and the thriller “Good Neighbors” alongside Jay Baruchel. Up next, Dolan is directing “The Death & Life Of John F. Donovan.”
