Produce, edit and upload content across all Disney Entertainment Television “made for kids” YouTube channels including full episodes, livestreams, compilations, shortform, vertical shorts and special video projects.
Schedule meetings and maintain calendars. Organize, analyze, shuttle, and track questions/requests from overseas partner studio to appropriate personnel.
Works with producers to develop projects, including story funding, collaborations, and funding, moving them to production.
Responsibilities include heavy administrative duties such as rolling calls, managing calendars, tracking submissions, and multitasking across two active desks.
Prepares WBTV Pilot and Series Sheets that provide detailed information of all necessary financial and deal related commitments for A-T-L deals, breakage, license fees, and back-end information. The sheets are utilized by Business Affairs, Participations, Estimating, Production, and Accounting.
Assisting agent in prepping, tracking, and executing deals on behalf of clients. Creating presentation decks in PowerPoint, tracking material in Excel, and a strong understanding of social media analytics.
Being responsible for the day-to-day project management and running of multiple productions being finished in the facility at any one time, either individually or in pairs/small teams of producers/associate producers.
