Assisting agent in prepping, tracking, and executing deals on behalf of clients. Creating presentation decks in PowerPoint, tracking material in Excel, and a strong understanding of social media analytics.
Being responsible for the day-to-day project management and running of multiple productions being finished in the facility at any one time, either individually or in pairs/small teams of producers/associate producers.
Provide administrative support to an Agent and ensure the effective upkeep and management of internal systems.
Ability to manage multiple projects. Able to handle confidential and sensitive material. Ability to take ownership and responsibility of decisions – both good and bad.
Oversee Producers and Line Producers on current productions; manage and assess schedules and reports – identify challenges, analyze risks, and work with the appropriate team to resolve issues, streamline processes, and foster innovation.
Manage intricate calendars for executives, schedule internal and external meetings in collaboration with other assistants and external professionals
Provide high-level administrative support to Executives, including managing complex calendars across time zones, coordinating meetings, and preparing for daily engagements.
Support multiple projects in development and production. Coordinate with show producers, production managers and creative executives in budget and production meetings.
