Manage intricate calendars for executives, schedule internal and external meetings in collaboration with other assistants and external professionals
Provide high-level administrative support to Executives, including managing complex calendars across time zones, coordinating meetings, and preparing for daily engagements.
Support multiple projects in development and production. Coordinate with show producers, production managers and creative executives in budget and production meetings.
Read a variety of manuscripts across all genres and give verbal feedback on their film potential. Keep track of industry news and book reviews.
Prepare and schedule for various internal/external meetings such as casting concept calls, live casting sessions, department meetings and presentations. Create and contribute on lists, memos, meetings, talent reels, special projects, and events on behalf of Directors.
Focus on supporting the Production Executive in the monitoring of loans made to feature films and other media projects.
Take notes during meetings and calls and ensure timely follow-ups. Read incoming material and provide coverage, notes, and evaluations.
Reading manuscripts and book proposals for all genres, for both UK and US authors, and producing concise reading reports for the International Rights department, with a specific aim to give feedback about their international scope.
