Assist the Production Office Coordinator with day-to-day operations for the production. Assist with coordinating scripts and prepping binders for voice recordings. Archive artwork and production files within specific online directory structures.

Assist with multiple aspects of production including: compiling research for production team and talent, organizing production logistics, creating graphics and lower thirds during breaking news and special coverage.

Manage calendar for executives, including scheduling and confirming meetings both internally and externally. Manage phones, roll calls and take notes, and update phone sheet. Maintain a log of incoming script submissions and disseminate this information with the appropriate internal departments.

Serve as a professional liaison between clients, executives, and industry contacts, ensuring timely and clear communication. Assist with script coverage, project research, and client submissions to studios, production companies, and publishers.

Assist in managing personal appointments, travel arrangements, and other day-to-day needs. Participate in weekly development meetings, contributing ideas and insights. Provide script coverage and notes on projects in development.

Provide high-level administrative support to the President, including managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and handling correspondence. Assist in tracking projects and maintaining organizational systems.

Administrative duties including handling heavy phones, calendar management, scheduling travel, preparing expense reports, and general office management tasks. Track clients and projects, including in-house development.

Candidates need to be organized, ambitious, detail-oriented, and computer savvy, and have strong administrative skills. Must be able to multi-task, handle a heavy volume of calls, and possess excellent interpersonal skills.

Schedule meetings across multiple time zones and departments, while respecting the need for flexibility and adaptability in an ever-changing environment. Reading, analyzing and distributing incoming memos and submissions. Reviewing pitches, books and scripts and providing coverage, as requested.

Duties will include scheduling, note-taking, proof-reading, providing feedback, typical assistant duties, and serving as the point of communication between the Showrunner and the rest of production.

Handle day-to-day administrative tasks, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and processing invoices for client payments. Read and evaluate clients’ materials, participate in discussions about strategy, and contribute creative insights.

Assist with managing client needs, including scheduling self-tape appointments and ensuring all materials are prepared and submitted on time. Download, edit, and send self-tapes while ensuring quality and accuracy in submissions.

Assist in the integration, launch, and curation of movie content in the Paramount+ platform. Collaborate on licensing and acquisitions decisions, screen films, and draft recommendations. Manage multiple content databases and provide tracking updates to internal collaborators.
