Assist with client communications, maintaining professionalism and confidentiality at all times. Organize and track complex information, including client files, projects, and industry-related data.

Real-time news research and gathering throughout the week with an emphasis on politics and entertainment. Generate monologue joke set-ups conforming in the style of news lede-writing.

Serve as the first point of contact with clients, Agents and Network/Studio Executives. Assist with special projects, research, and compiling information as needed. Read scripts and provide script coverage.

Answer phones, manage calendars, schedule meetings and conference calls, make travel arrangements, handle expense reports, and perform various other administrative tasks. Track submissions, manage delivery of incoming scripts and cuts, and track shooting schedules.

Overall support of Talent Department including answering phones, scheduling, sorting mail, filing, copying, submitting expenses, maintaining calendar and talent related spreadsheets. Convey vital information regarding talent bookings and logistics to Show producers and talent management.

Reading manuscripts and book proposals for all genres, for both UK and US authors, and producing concise reading reports for the International Rights department, with a specific aim to give feedback about their international scope.
