Work closely with Producers and other members of the show team to find and edit the best video, sound and graphics for assigned stories. Keep a constant eye on show rundowns to make sure video and graphics are in place, accurate and current.

Maintain an awareness of the agent’s obligations (internal and external) to anticipate needs. Manage heavy call volume. Schedule meetings based on a complex calendar.

Serve as a brand ambassador and provide professional studio tours to paying guests as well as studio executives. Assist with managing audiences for television shows.

Handle rolling calls, scheduling, and calendar management. Coordinate and track project and client submissions. Provide script coverage, industry research, and tracking support.

Handle administrative tasks, including phone coverage. Serve as a key point of contact for clients, industry professionals, and internal teams.

Create and maintain status reports and draft high volume of correspondence. Maintain department legal files and assist in the day-to-day operations of the department. Enter deal negotiation requests into the database and assign to the applicable executive. Initiate payments with accounting for our development projects.

Handle a high volume of industry and talent relationships, maintaining and tracking key contacts. Conduct research on film industry trends, box office performance, and competitor acquisitions to inform decision-making.

Provide executive support to two department heads, including scheduling, call management, and correspondence. Manage billing processes related to client commissions, including tracking client data, payment terms, and employment agreements.
