Due to the catastrophic policies and environmental disasters caused by its final president, the U.S.A. is splintered into individual countries. A factory worker is enlisted by the President and CEO of Crunch United to trek across the dystopic landscape to deliver a talking goat to San Francisco in order to stop a female Russian genius from taking over the minds of the world.
