Former Dawson's Creek star James Van Der Beek has worked hard to shake his teen drama persona for many years, finding the most success with meta-humor in the single camera series Don't Trust the B**** in Apt. 23. It looks as though the star may have another shot with a more heightened role, lampooning the music industry and DJ culture, in the Viceland's upcoming series What Would Diplo Do?
