John Singleton Inks With ICM Partners

John Singleton has signed with ICM Partners. The writer, director and producer made his name as the youngest director and first African American to receive an Oscar nomination for his genre hit “Boyz N The Hood.” Since then, Singleton has directed a number of films including “Poetic Justice,” “Higher Learning,” “Shaft,” “2 Fast 2 Furious,” “Four Brothers” and the recent Taylor Lautner thriller “Abduction.” Singleton has also produced “Hustle & Flow,” “Baby Boy” and “Black Snake Moan.” Up next, he will direct, produce and write the Tupac Shakur biopic “Tupac” and direct the thriller “Layover.”
