Collaborate with international distributors & internal teams (Sales, Servicing, Legal, Finance, Marketing, Publicity etc) to manage the international releases of Lionsgate titles.
Administrative duties including handling heavy phones, calendar management, scheduling travel, booking reports, preparing expense reports, and general office management tasks.
Duties would include printing scripts, making teas, setting up rooms for meetings and writers rooms, setting up conference calls, looking after talent, running errands, ordering stationery, research tasks, booking travel, assisting with social media posts, organisation of digital wrap files and the production archive.
A keen eye for detail and continuity, with the ability to proactively identify and address potential issues. Ability to take accurate and comprehensive notes during filming, including shot details and continuity information.
Create and execute a slate mandate with the head of development. Develop innovative concepts, scripts, and pilots.
