Starz Promotes Ken Segna To SVP Of Original Programming

Ken Segna has been named SVP of Original Programming at Starz. He has moved up from VP of original programming. Starting only five years ago at the premium network as an executive assistant, Segna has been able to work his way up the chain. He will work on currently running content, as well as developing new series for the network. He is set to oversee the production of the upcoming series Counterpart. The supernatural drama stars Oscar winning actor J.K. Simmons. He is the development lead on the fantasy series American Gods, based on the hit novel by Neil Gaiman.

Prior to joining Starz in 2010, Segna worked as an assistant at CAA.
