Provide daily administrative support, including but not limited to rolling calls, managing a high-volume and ever-changing calendar, coordinating complex domestic and international travel, submitting timely expense reports, and handling logistics for both internal and external engagements.

Reading scripts, screening films, and tracking creative materials for production and development consideration. Evaluating all creative material and making recommendations to senior management team based on sellable concepts and IP.

Create and maintain status reports and draft high volume of correspondence. Maintain department legal files and assist in the day-to-day operations of the department. Enter deal negotiation requests into the database and assign to the applicable executive. Initiate payments with accounting for our development projects.

Handle a high volume of industry and talent relationships, maintaining and tracking key contacts. Conduct research on film industry trends, box office performance, and competitor acquisitions to inform decision-making.

Assist in identifying key creative & business opportunities for our slate with regular tracking and amplification of underrepresented talent. Frequently evaluating scripts/material, providing timely and insightful coverage, notes, and feedback.

Maintain calendar, scheduling, answering and rolling calls. Collect and file documents from productions as they are distributed (call sheets, schedules, agreements etc.). Track correspondence and assist President in day to day communication.

Provide support for SVP and Manager including assembling avails, entering and updating deals with complex windowing and rights grants in Lionsgate’s database, coordinating delivery of assets for partners to exploit, and coordination with internal stakeholder.
