Track outgoing loans, transfers, sales, donations and prepare all department related contracts and documents; ensuring that all props and costume loans, transfers, sales and donations are managed according to Physical Production Asset Management policies and procedures.

Managing executive’s calendar, including scheduling and confirming calls and meetings. Maintaining all organizational documents, logs and binders, including monitoring status of incoming/outgoing script submissions.

Work directly with and assist the Production Executive to coordinate all features associated with the Production Executive’s office from strategic planning, and pre-production through the wrap of physical production.

Work directly with and assist the Production Executive to coordinate all features associated with the Production Executive’s office from strategic planning, and pre-production through the wrap of physical production.

Work directly with Line Producers, Production Supervisors, and Production Coordinators to obtain day-to-day updates during prep and shoot. Coordinate weekly meetings with each production, create and distribute agendas, and keep minutes.

Work directly with and assist the production executive to coordinate all Features associated with the production executive’s office from strategic planning, and pre-production through the wrap of Physical Production.

Participates with the creative development executives to assist in the identification of the best story, with the best writers and directors, within established service levels on both animation and live action projects.
