Assist with client communications, maintaining professionalism and confidentiality at all times. Organize and track complex information, including client files, projects, and industry-related data.

Act as the first point of contact for clients, executives, and industry professionals, ensuring smooth communication and coordination. Monitor the progress of various projects, including in-house development, and maintain organized records of key milestones and deliverables.

Responsible for collaborating with talent, production, agencies, and the casting teams. The Weekend Casting Assistant will also become acquainted with the constantly changing and time-pressured daily goals of providing background performers for a spectrum of leading television shows and feature films.

Managing an international calendar, answering, setting, & connecting calls, balancing schedules, and coordinating meetings, multitasking and prioritizing tasks, interfacing with other Activist offices, handling both domestic and international travel, and project management.

Analyze and breakdown scripts to identify strengths and weakness. Make recommendations of the commercial impact and quality of screenplays/scripts to be optioned and those that are in development.
