Scheduling Executive’s appointments, maintaining and updating supervisor’s daily calendar. Organizing and coordinating meetings, including preparation and distribution of any materials, agendas, and notes, and handouts.

Responsible for research projects, information tracking, grid work, and script/Book coverage in addition to providing high level administrative support, including, but not limited to: day-to-day scheduling, processing, note-taking, and generating organization systems.
Organize calendars, client visits, operational assistance and helping with development tests and pitches.
Prepare agendas, memos, research, and reports for the Creative Group. Handle script and coverage requests for the Story Dept. Read development scripts & writing samples as requested/needed.
