Review creative materials and compose coverage. Ad hoc research projects for the scripted team, non-scripted team, and production team. Included but not limited to reading trades, analyzing viewership data, and researching information for projects in development.

Track outgoing loans, transfers, sales, donations and prepare all department related contracts and documents; ensuring that all props and costume loans, transfers, sales and donations are managed according to Physical Production Asset Management policies and procedures.

Database Management – including confidential Airtable programming & tracking grids, Contacts and Distribution Lists Updates, and Writer & Director List Updates. Reading incoming scripts, books, and submissions to provide coverage and thoughtful feedback in team meetings.

Manages and develops production plans in partnership with the Line Producer and Creative Producer. Works with Line Producer to create budgets. Provides constant feedback to producers and alerts them to foreseeable conflicts or logistical challenges.

Work directly with and assist the Production Executive to coordinate all features associated with the Production Executive’s office from strategic planning, and pre-production through the wrap of physical production.

Prepare and coordinate meeting logistics with a focus on productivity, agenda setting and set-up of necessary pre-read materials includes meeting set-up, pre-preparation, note taking, distribution and follow-through on action items.
