Collaborate with Casting Directors in all aspects of their casting responsibilities as well as engaging with talent, production, and agencies.
Casting Coordinator
Responsible for collaborating with talent, production, agencies, and the casting teams. The Weekend Casting Assistant will also become acquainted with the constantly changing and time-pressured daily goals of providing background performers for a spectrum of leading television shows and feature films.
Manage individual and team expenses and coordinate travel with our internal travel consultants. Meticulously track the status of talent and production for all projects.
Assist with the scheduling of actors and models for a large volume of classes per week based on instructor requirements, as well as student and instructor projects.
Liaise with Casting Manager to schedule recording sessions in consideration of production deadlines and talent, studio, director availability.
Coordinate general meetings, maintain scripts, production schedules, session sheets, cast lists, master lists and all other casting related documents for all shows.
