Provides a full range of administrative support to the executive. This individual must be pro-active and able to prioritize while managing a demanding, ever-changing calendar. Must provide strategic time management, understanding the nature of meetings to anticipate executive’s preparation.
Work closely with rights and clearances, affiliate desk and assignment desks to ensure best video is used and sourced properly. This person will also be responsible for calling elements in the control room, and encouraged to pitch both package and guest ideas.
