Assist with booking client travel and organizing travel and tour logistics. Handle client submissions and materials. Provide script coverage as needed.

Track and evaluate finished films and literary material for acquisitions, film/TV development, research, and writing sample purposes.
Have strong written and verbal communication, administrative, and organizational skills.
Acts as direct liaison with filmmakers. Reads and provides feedback for any and all incoming submissions.
Duties will include scheduling meetings, answering phones and placing calls, coordinating travel, compiling expense reports, ordering supplies, etc.
Candidates will organize schedule, manage travel arrangements, handle phone duties, and serve as key point of contact for the company.
