Provide day-to-day support for Production and Creative Executives during various stages of development, prep, and production, while managing multiple tasks at one time. Handle daily runs, such as the delivery of scripts to local cast and crew and managing swag inventory and distribution for Marvel Studios employees in the office.

Work closely with talent agents to support talent outreach, communication, and development of the Talent Department. Candidates need to be organized, ambitious, detail-oriented and computer savvy, and have strong administrative skills.

Read and analyze scripts, providing detailed coverage and feedback. Assess story structure, character development, dialogue, and pacing. Identify strengths and weaknesses in scripts and suggest improvements.

Handle administrative tasks, including phone coverage. Serve as a key point of contact for clients, industry professionals, and internal teams.

Database Management – including confidential Airtable programming & tracking grids, Contacts and Distribution Lists Updates, and Writer & Director List Updates. Reading incoming scripts, books, and submissions to provide coverage and thoughtful feedback in team meetings.

Brainstorm, develop and produce kid-targeted videos, shorts and series for YouTube and Peacock. Pitch quality branded content that exemplifies the voice of the brands we promote. Partner with Physical Production to develop budgets and shoot calendars.

Field and prioritize incoming calls, track call logs, and manage rolling calls. Oversee and maintain submission tracking, ensuring timely follow-ups and organization. Handle logistics for meetings, events, and presentations as needed.

Provide comprehensive support to three Executives, including complex calendar management for internal and external meetings and calls. Maintain a highly agile approach to accommodating evolving schedules and priorities.

Manage phone log, prepare agendas, maintain calendar schedules (including calls and virtual meetings), maintain spreadsheets, and draft correspondence. Research and aid in preparing materials for presentation decks, including gathering, compiling, verifying, and analyzing information and data for memos, reports, presentations, etc.

Managing high-volume phone calls and emails with professionalism and efficiency. Handling talent submissions and tracking industry-related opportunities. Reading and evaluating scripts with a discerning eye for quality.

Writing thoughtful and detailed coverage on scripts, books, and articles. Participating in development meetings and contributing ideas. Assisting in the creation of grids, pitch decks, and other key presentation materials.

Handle complex scheduling and calendar management, balancing multiple priorities with precision and flexibility. Manage and track client and project submissions, ensuring accuracy and timely follow-through.
