Coordinator
Drafts and distributes memos summarizing the principal terms of the deals closed by Business Affairs executives.
Assist the Post Production Supervisor/Manager in any way necessary to maintain the workflow of the Post Production process.
Work closely with the Creative leads, Line Producer and Production Manager to meet Pre-Production milestones according to schedule.
Provide comprehensive administrative support to the VP, Post Production, including overseeing calendars, scheduling departmental meetings, processing expenses, and documenting detailed notes during internal and external department meetings.
Participating in the evaluation process for program submissions; including reading, providing coverage, and recording and tracking evaluation notes of the team’s final selections.
Read scripts and update correlating on-camera grids and one-liners to then share with Creative Manager. Manage, file, and track Music budgets and liaise with Music Finance to ensure cost reports are up-to-date.
Managing schedule of the EVP, including coordinating daily meetings and appointments. Arranging complex travel plans and itineraries, compiling documents for travel-related meetings, and accompanying supervisor when requested.
The primary responsibilities are to support project development by reading and analyzing Creative material, presenting feedback and participating on Creative conference calls/meetings.
Responsible for research projects, information tracking, grid work, and script/Book coverage in addition to providing high level administrative support, including, but not limited to: day-to-day scheduling, processing, note-taking, and generating organization systems.

Help source and assess screenplays, books, articles, life rights, concepts, sizzles, and short form content – as well as other forms of IP – to build out and sustain a robust feature pipeline.
