Coordinator

Duties will include maintaining and distributing information databases, cataloguing content, creating presentation decks, and writing for internal/external communications.
Job responsibilities include: running point on marketing materials (key art, trailers), basic maintenance of the company’s web presence, light admin work, and supporting the sales team in preparation for markets.
The role requires assisting all internal communications, supporting the creative development and ideation process, managing project management systems, and more.
The Coordinator will also support the development team in tracking incoming external submissions, including but not limited to: scripts, novels, idea pitches, etc.
Duties will include coordinating business operations with the Head of Operations, organizing business entities, applying for copyrights, tax-credit related work, and managing post production materials.
The ideal candidate is a self-starter with a desire to be promoted internally to Literary Manager, and is skilled at giving notes, industry networking, and interacting with writers.
Check crew availabilities, create potential department head lists for various projects. Sort through all incoming mail and determine level of priority. Organize travel for executives, producers, and crew when necessary.
Handle daily administrative tasks including: assisting with scheduling, filing, photocopying, scanning, running errands, taking notes, answering phone calls, detailing messages, ordering office supplies, etc.
The desired candidate will have some prior experience in business affairs and/or legal setting.
Candidates must have at least one year of experience on a senior executive’s desk, and have a genuine interest to learn the business side of our industry.
Duties include managing schedules and overall office workflow for the President of the company.
