Maintain a heavy calendar for executive, including booking and confirming meetings & calls, both internally & externally. Covering scripts and tracking actors, writers, directors and projects.

Drive the creative development of film and TV projects based on Supercell’s games, ensuring narratives remain authentic and compelling. Build relationships with A-list writers, directors, producers, studios, and agencies to assemble the best creative teams.

Support and lead creative (incl. writing, talent, editorial, production) for greenlit productions as well as ongoing development, and will work closely with regional teams on ensuring local productions meet business and creative objectives.

Manage scheduling and coordinate meetings. Create and maintain tracking grids. Review incoming submissions and provide creative notes.

Brainstorm, develop and produce kid-targeted videos, shorts and series for YouTube and Peacock. Pitch quality branded content that exemplifies the voice of the brands we promote. Partner with Physical Production to develop budgets and shoot calendars.

Initiating ideas for films and developing creative treatments across a wide range of subjects both domestic and international. Setting up shoots and dealing with logistics / schedules.

Assist in managing personal appointments, travel arrangements, and other day-to-day needs. Participate in weekly development meetings, contributing ideas and insights. Provide script coverage and notes on projects in development.

Support project needs across the Film and TV slate, including tracking actionable items and taking notes. Manage and oversee the weekly book memo including reading assigned materials.

Read scripts and books, and provide detailed coverage and feedback to assist in project development. Assist in the creation and organization of pitch decks, presentations, and other materials used to present new projects.
