Experience in both development and current programming and can provide strong, astute notes on outlines, scripts and cuts.  Writing ability a key for notes document process.

Assist the Production Office Coordinator with day-to-day operations for the production. Assist with coordinating scripts and prepping binders for voice recordings. Archive artwork and production files within specific online directory structures.

Assist with pre-production planning, supporting scheduling of personnel, coordinating and arranging travel logistics for the Live Production team and Talent, and provide administrative assistance in whatever capacity is needed.

Track progress of departments through various tracking software. Maintains and tracks the status of their respective episodic or department schedules. Update Production Manager and Line Producer with current department statuses/issues.

Support project needs across the Film and TV slate, including tracking actionable items and taking notes. Manage and oversee the weekly book memo including reading assigned materials.

Be the point of contact for all inbound and outbound aspects for a Literary Manager, including coordinating, scheduling, note-taking, rolling calls, deal/payment tracking, etc. Read scripts, evaluate talent, find new material, give notes and opinions on all incoming material.

Duties also include heavy office administration including logging submissions, maintaining files, managing databases, and logging and tracking materials. Also requires reading scripts, writing script coverage and draft comparisons across incoming submissions, development and current series.
