Work directly with and assist the Production Executive to coordinate all features associated with the Production Executive’s office from strategic planning, and pre-production through the wrap of Physical Production.

Responsibilities include general administrative duties (scheduling, follow ups, etc.), maintaining metadata and rights tracking, and working knowledge of catalog.
Scheduling Executive’s appointments, maintaining and updating supervisor’s daily calendar. Organizing and coordinating meetings, including preparation and distribution of any materials, agendas, and notes, and handouts.
Provide significant script coverage for client pitches. Track current and potential clients. Read and engage with material proactively.
Manage significant volume of calendar of appointments, meetings, and handle logistics of meetings. Proactively participate in reading Creative submissions and providing feedback on material.
The ideal candidate is a proactive, self-starter with excellent communication skills and impeccable attention to detail.
Help research, develop and create course materials including slide decks, reading assignments, discussion questions, etc.
Maintain and supervise the department schedule and budget, making sure deadlines are met and milestones are achieved.
