Draft, review, and send communications on behalf of executive. Preparing decks for internal and external creative presentations, including editing clips and mocking up creative materials.
Creative ideation process, encompassing treatments, decks, sizzle reels, and the creation of pitch materials.
Monitor and improve daily function of WME’s Scripted Television Department to ensure business functions are in line with department and company-wide strategic goals.
Schedule pitches and meetings for Unscripted development and current slate. Create decks for Unscripted Programming. Coordinate notes across all unscripted shows.
Assist in the creation and editing of written, video, and photo content. Attend events and produce live social media content.
Duties include heavy phones, scheduling meetings/travel, sending out self-tape auditions, creating/editing decks and treatments, invoicing, etc.
Help research, develop and create course materials including slide decks, reading assignments, discussion questions, etc.
