Organizing and maintaining essential documents such as scripts, call sheets, and development materials. Providing day-to-day administrative support in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Maintain current/development and production grids, schedule and log incoming pitches and maintain tracking of story pitches/true crime case files. Track internal documents (i.e. status of series and specials, pre-production through premiere).

Responsibilities include managing complex scheduling across time zones, staying informed on the latest AI trends in entertainment, reading and providing script coverage, and supporting development by tracking projects, deadlines, and key communications.

Assist with creative development tasks such as script coverage, research, and tracking projects. Maintain organization across ongoing content initiatives and internal communications.

Reading scripts, screening films, and tracking creative materials for production and development consideration. Evaluating all creative material and making recommendations to senior management team based on sellable concepts and IP.

Provide day-to-day support for Production and Creative Executives during various stages of development, prep, and production, while managing multiple tasks at one time. Handle daily runs, such as the delivery of scripts to local cast and crew and managing swag inventory and distribution for Marvel Studios employees in the office.

Drive the creative development of film and TV projects based on Supercell’s games, ensuring narratives remain authentic and compelling. Build relationships with A-list writers, directors, producers, studios, and agencies to assemble the best creative teams.

Administrative duties including handling heavy phones, calendar management, scheduling travel, preparing notes documents, and general office management tasks. Track clients and projects, including in-house development.
