Organize complex travel itineraries, including flights, accommodations, and on-the-ground logistics. Provide thoughtful and detailed coverage for incoming scripts and projects, contributing to the creative decision-making process.
Coordinate and manage the Producer’s schedule, setting up meetings and calls with industry professionals, high-level executives, and filmmakers.

Work with producers and production companies to maintain adherence and accountability for aspects of editorial, budgetary, and production standards as well as contractual requirements for true crime programming.
Work closely with Creative Executives to set up new productions by reviewing and approving Production Partners, key Heads of Departments, schedules, and budgets, to flag possible issues and identify solutions.
Helping to field pitches, deciding what projects to finance, overseeing partnerships, and serve as a main point of contact for all Sandbox Films productions from development through production and finishing.
Builds strong partnerships locally, regionally and globally to advocate for the needs of the DACH/Nordics/Benelux markets while seeking broader understanding and best practices.
Assist in all aspects of production: tracking schedules of our feature films & documentaries, exercising & documenting approvals, analyzing & comparing budgets in all genres. Read treatments, pitches & scripts and provide feedback notes.
Review stage play librettos, Film screenplays, TV pilots and released Film/TV projects and furnish written coverage containing evaluations of those materials to executives.
Aside from standard assistant duties, you will be able to do Creative work on our projects and work with the development team, learn in-depth about the business side of entertainment, and be exposed to the production process/set etc.
