Manage the production of digital content from ideation through delivery, ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget, and meet creative objectives.
Efficiently route vendor submissions among creative leads, internal brand teams, producers, legal, and product design teams via project management platform and proofing tool and direct final notes back to vendor.
Manage all aspects of live-action television series, including creative and production matters. Generate verbal and written feedback on all story materials related to various series through all phases of initial greenlight and through production and post.
Responsible for ensuring the feature film productions run smoothly and that internal and external participants are receiving the information and support they need.
Involved in the development process of new projects, including reviewing scripts, pitches, and story ideas.
Act as our go-to set PA for small and large-scale productions. Keep up to date digital production wrap books on previous and current jobs, while prepping for future jobs.
The Development Coordinator will set-up meetings, manage assets, help the Mattel Films producers with vendor management, attend creative meetings and manage follow-up as well as ensure the approvals process runs smoothly.
The successful candidate will be responsible for growing the Los Angeles Times’ presence in unscripted and scripted Film, Television, and Digital Media.
