Work closely with production managers, and production staff, as well as, internal producers to examine the needs of each production.

Arranges programs, events, or conferences by arranging for facilities, issuing information or invitations, coordinating speakers, and controlling event budget.
Act as primary liaison between crew, management, and other internal departments such as Electronic Field Production (EFP), post-production, IT, and facilities.
We need someone exceptionally well-organized and able to effectively multi-task & prioritize, taking initiative wherever possible and budgeting time for special projects.
