Work directly with and assist the production executive to coordinate all Features associated with the production executive’s office from strategic planning, and pre-production through the wrap of Physical Production.
Position also entails managing two partners’ calendars, light accounting, hiring and managing interns, phone coverage and office management duties.
Aside from standard assistant duties, you will be able to do Creative work on our projects and work with the development team, learn in-depth about the business side of entertainment, and be exposed to the production process/set etc.

Within the Creative scope, the Features Creative Intern will generate beat-sheets and change sheets on script drafts in a timely manner.

Create a slate of Films across genres while growing MVE’s buyer relationship both in the US and abroad. Bring and build connections with the creative community to further grow MVE’s slate of Film and expand its roster of writers and directors.

Review/audit of production invoices and journal entries entered by Accounts Payable Clerk, including matching invoices to purchase orders, agreeing coding to cost reports, and ensuring all appropriate approvals are obtained.
