Review, assess and create coverage reports on incoming scripts for consideration. Trainee will learn key tenets of story and how to evaluate projects at a studio level.
Provide administrative support including management of logistics-heavy complex schedule and coordinating a high volume of meetings with internal and external stakeholders.
Transcribe all notes and creative discussions with the Director, maintaining accuracy and confidentiality. Manage and organize working scripts, ensuring they reflect the latest revisions and notes. Perform script coverage and provide detailed notes on all projects in development.
Managing schedule of the EVP, including coordinating daily meetings and appointments. Arranging complex travel plans and itineraries, compiling documents for travel-related meetings, and accompanying supervisor when requested.
Prepare agendas, memos, research, and reports for the Creative Group. Handle script and coverage requests for the Story Dept. Read development scripts & writing samples as requested/needed.
The assistant will be a key member of a fast-paced team that makes deals to develop, produce, and license content for the TV Studio.
Candidates must have experience with highly complex travel, preparing detailed itineraries, rolling calls, as well as scheduling/calendaring meetings and personal commitments.
Read and screen materials and provide prompt creative feedback to the team. Assign script coverage to our Story Analysts and oversee our script coverage allocation system to track delivery and accuracy of their reports to ensure materials are covered in a timely manner.
Maintain and distribute weekly production schedule with accurate information to upper management and production staff.
The candidate should have strong communication skills, and be self motivated to grow and learn about how animated productions run.
