Read drafts for in-house development projects and provide clear notes for internal and external use to a high standard. Read, assess and report on submissions with the strategic priorities of the company in mind. This can include scripts, books, treatments, remake titles, podcasts.

Schedule meetings across multiple time zones and departments, while respecting the need for flexibility and adaptability in an ever-changing environment. Reading, analyzing and distributing incoming memos and submissions. Reviewing pitches, books and scripts and providing coverage, as requested.

Transcribe all notes and creative discussions with the Director, maintaining accuracy and confidentiality. Manage and organize working scripts, ensuring they reflect the latest revisions and notes. Perform script coverage and provide detailed notes on all projects in development.

Ensure that all pre and post production scripts are published and distributed in an accurate, efficient and timely manner using office technology to members of production and cast, including coordinating the script requirements for guest artists who are often cast at very short notice.
