Finance
Oversee all current programming activities for FOX Entertainment Studios’ scripted slate, across series produced for the FOX network and third-party buyers (e.g., streamers, cable networks)
Analyze and review production budgets and cost reports throughout the project lifecycle. Communicate with third-party production companies to track financial variances and address discrepancies.
Initiate wire transfers based on wire request forms provided by legal, with all outgoing transactions requiring dual-party authorization. Create a ledger for each loan, tracking principal, origination fees, and premiums.
Gain hands-on experience in producing and financing films from start to finish, working closely with executives to understand every aspect of the process.
Handling heavy phone calls, coordinating travel arrangements, managing scheduling, and maintaining detailed expense reports.
Advise business partners with respect to legal rights and contractual responsibilities, guild agreements, intellectual property matters, claims and other matters arising out of the day-to-day production of film and television productions.
Provide strategic support on programming from greenlight through renewal, both on an individual title and across the entire Scripted Series slate.
Track clients, potential clients projects and financiers. Assist with special projects, research, flagging trades, news and compiling information as needed.
Developing insightful presentations that summarize key data, identify underlying trends, and ultimately result in actionable strategic recommendations.
Prepare and send estimates and/or invoices for new memberships, existing memberships, AFCI University enrollments, and event registrations.

Partner with the SVP on the greenlighting of new series and evaluation of potential new deals/ventures. Track and manage financial ultimates of Television slate.
Support overall Goop’s Creative production team in daily/weekly tasks as needed and assigned by Sr. producer.
Read scripts and update correlating on-camera grids and one-liners to then share with Creative Manager. Manage, file, and track Music budgets and liaise with Music Finance to ensure cost reports are up-to-date.
Coordinate logistics, including but not limited to crew needs and bookings, securing locations, handling appearance and location releases, securing permits, and securing props.
Manage the President’s daily calendar, including scheduling meetings, confirming appointments, filing expense reports, writing itineraries, making reservations, and arranging travel and transportation.
You will work with a production team on all aspects of long-form Documentary-style production, from concept to completion. You will assist with Investigative research as you compile elements that create compelling stories.
Identifying & securing new projects/IP for said producers as well for our internal studio slate and acting as a Creative advocate for the same within the group, whilst developing new relationships across the UK.

Provide support throughout the production processes to ensure success during pre-production, production, and Post Production phases of a project.
Work closely with Production SVP, VPs, directors, managers, and Show production staff to examine the needs of each production.
