HERE COMES THE FLOOD

As we bring September to a close, we also bring an end to the third quarter of 2020. We’re about to enter the final stretch of the year.

Despite the mounting uncertainty as we head into July, the spec market looks to be catching its stride and continues to rise from previous months.

Between May 1st and May 31st, we tracked a total of 23 specs scripts. That is an increase of 8.7% from April but doesn’t top February’s year-high with 24 specs out.
