Charlie Ellison is a formerly famous writer suffering from writer’s block. His best friend and agent, Bernie, is being stalked by the publisher, the IRS, loan sharks and his wife as an advance on a future book was given and spent long ago. In an effort to get a first draft, Bernie sends a belligerent young woman, Dawn, to inspire and check on Charlie. But she has ideas of her own.
