The Program Manager organizes AWD programs and activities; manages operational tasks in support of AWD’s strategic goals to advocate for a more equitable entertainment industry; and provides support and coordination to the Programming, communications, Membership, and fundraising committees.

Responsibilities include heavy emailing & phone work, client interaction, scheduling, billing, and minor website adjustments in WordPress.
The Production Coordinator will provide administrative support to the Executive Producer, assist senior producers in selecting and coordinating interns, update and maintain American Masters’ database and series one-sheets, maintain an inventory of supplies, log all proposals received and organize American Masters’ tape closet and press files.
Our hire will be in charge of running the office of Black Valley Films, and as such will require someone that exudes a strong creative mind in addition to great business sense.
